The Need

Print t-shirts for blood drives as a thank you for each donor, as well as create lasting visibility in the community promoting the ongoing need for donations and create a sense of commitment on the part of the donor.  There are roughly 17 drives totaling 250,000 t-shirts per year.

The Plan

Develop event specific designs for each blood drive, print t-shirts in advance so that they arrive on site the day before the event.  Each donor receives a t-shirt for their donation.

The Result

The program is a huge success, leading to many years of continuation.  Donors became collectors of the t-shirts to the point where the number of repeat donors rose significantly.

The Need

A local non-profit organization needed to give something to participants of a special fund raising bike ride.

The Plan

Develop a customized design for a t-shirt that each participant would receive upon payment of registration fee.

The Result

The turnout was beyond expectation.  The t-shirts were well liked by the participants and the t-shirt design was the “best design” as awarded by a bicycling magazine.

The Need

The customer wanted to ship a mug and note to 1500 of their customers as a token of appreciation for their business and to provide an imprinted product that would continually remind the recipient of their services.

The Plan

Produce 1500 mugs and notes.  The notes were designed to fit neatly on top of each mug, inside of the individual gift box.  The individual gift boxes were labeled with the name and address of the recipient, and then packed into larger boxes when multiple recipients were in a single location.

The Result

The recipients responded very favorably to the thoughtful expression of appreciation, and our customer was thankful for the turnkey product solution.

The Need

The customer wanted a gift bag for 250 attendees at a sales meeting held in Key West.

The Plan

Discussions of previous meetings revealed that many products could have practical use and lasting impression.  We settled on an attractive and versatile tote bag that was “outfitted” with an embroidered camp shirt, cap, and towel, as well as imprinted sunglasses and sunscreen.  The kitted gift bags were shipped assembled to the resort for distribution to attendees.

The Result

The recipients enjoyed their relaxing time on the beach!  The tote bag was used to keep track of valuables on the beach and the shirt and cap led to group unity.  Many commented on the value of the sunglasses since they didn’t want to lose or damage their favorite pair while playing on the beach.  This led to several reorders of sunglasses.

The Need

Package a mug and t-shirt or a cap and t-shirt for distribution to 1000 employees to celebrate an accomplishment.

The Plan

Produce 500 mugs, 500 caps and 1000 t-shirts imprinted with the customer’s logo.  500 of the t-shirts were rolled and stuffed into the mug for a unique presentation.  500 of the t-shirts were rolled and fitted under the bill of the caps, then bound with an oversized rubber band.  The combos were packaged together and shipped to the meeting for distribution.

The Result

The customer reported that they were a hit and served as a lasting reminder of their accomplishment.

The Need

The customer had acquired another company and wanted to present members of the acquired company with a gift bag of popular imprinted products from their company store.

The Plan

Inventory wouldn’t allow using merchandise in stock, so this project was treated as a special order.  1000 bags, mugs, golf shirts, mouse pads, pencils, pens, and caps were produced.  The bag was filled with one each of the other products and shipped to the meeting announcing the acquisition.

The Result

Generally, acquisitions can be uncomfortable for those who work for the company being purchased.  The thoughtful expression helped the new employees feel welcome and appreciated and went a long way to smooth the transition.
