Why are there charges for repeat set ups?
Set up charges cover the costs of physically preparing a machine for production. In each process (screen print, embroidery, laser engrave, deboss, etc.) there is a different machine, but in each case someone must prepare the art and calibrate the machine for your order. The same process applies for reorders, however many suppliers either discount or eliminate reorder set ups. In addition, some processes such as embroidery or debossing only require 1 set up since it is a digital file (embroidery) or a physical plate (deboss) as long as the imprint doesn't change at all. Any changes to size or wording require a new set up.

Which art formats are acceptable for production?
We will accept:

How long does it take to produce my product?
Each supplier has their own capabilities, but typical production time is 2 weeks from final art approval. Repeat orders are usually less than first time orders. Many suppliers now offer standard 5 day or even 3 day production. You will know in advance of each order what the estimated production time is.

How easy are your programs to manage? We understand that programs must be user friendly and very managable. Great care is taken to streamline the implementation process and to ensure that the program does what you need it to do without being overwhelming. Technology is leveraged to minimize time and errors.

How much do your programs cost?
Great question, but not an easy one to answer without a clear understanding of program details. We can confidently say that a well designed program will cost LESS than individual orders of product without a structured process. And that is just the investment cost, not to mention the return on your investment. We will be glad to speak with you about your specific needs and provide a detailed program proposal. Why would an organization want a store with promotional products?
Many of our clients find themselves in a continual cycle of rush orders for small amounts of products needed by different groups within their organization. Each order requires several decisions: product, colors, imprint, and imprint method/location to name a few. Then, each order is handled separately requiring our customer to keep up with multiple orders overlapping at the same time. It gets confusing and takes a lot of their time. Time seems to be important to most of our customers.
