The need to control logo integrity, minimize the number of orders (especially rush orders), and systematically account for spending has led to increased popularity of online company stores in the last several years. Before implementing a structured program companies typically struggle with:

• Variations in product quality and availability.
• Variations in logo quality, size, and color.
• Orders produced before proper authorization is given.
• A wider selection of merchandise ordered than is really necessary.
• Many small orders losing any volume discounts that might apply.
• Many rush orders since not everyone needing products is planning ahead or familiar with production times.
• Rush shipping which usually accompanies rush orders.
• Administrative burden on your part trying to manage multiple orders on a frequent basis.

A properly structured program allows:

• Consistent product available for all departments and/or locations.
• Consistent logo use.
• Product shipment only after proper authorization (there are several ways to set this up to maximize efficiency and control for you).
• A core group of products makes up the official offering, with special orders on an as needed basis.
• Larger quantities of the smaller group of products allows for a volume discount. Reorders are usually available at a lower quantity than the initial order. Factories love programs and typically provide a discount in addition to the volume discount.
• Rush orders are minimized since product is in stock. Even if the product must ship overnight, you are dealing with smaller quantities than a minimum order would require through normal production. For example, embroidery minimums are usually 24 pieces but if you only need 4 shirts for the last minute client meeting the overnight shipping for 4 shirts is much less than 24 shirts.
• Easy administration. We manage reorders when stock gets low and provide attentive customer service for store customers. You have access to reports for accounting purposes.
